Kandice teaches at Drakes Creek Middle School in Warren County, Bowling Green Kentucky.  "I love teaching art because I get to watch kids express themselves creatively in ways they didn't know they were capable of. Whether they come to class with previous art experience or not, it is really exciting to hear someone say, "I am really proud of what I made". Discovering talent you didn't know you had is exciting, and I get to see that happen everyday."

Melissa teaches Elementary School art at New Haven Elementary School in Boone County.  "My piece of advice is to always follow the Golden Rule and just give it a try, you might surprise yourself." 

Brandon teaches at Larry A. Ryle High School in Boone County Kentucky.  

"Don't be discouraged by the Picasso sitting next to you because Picasso might just think he’s sitting next to Warhol". 

A quote I say all the time and try to reinforce during the year for my upper-level art students is: "Just Be You."

Julie teaches at Larry A. Ryle High School in Union Kentucky.  "Every single person has their own mark, sound or a movement to share, as educators and artists it's our job to listen, respect, instruct and get out of their art making way." 

Staci teaches art at Rosenwald-Dunbar Elementary School in Nicholasville, Kentucky.

Marilyn is a retired art educator.  She taught at Washington County High School. She also has served on the KyAEA Board of Directors as President, President Elect and Secretary.
