The Memory Project-Global Art Exchange

May 22, 2019

We have some exciting news to share about an opportunity connected with The Memory Project! The organization is launching a global art exchange program for elementary and middle school students. They are extremely excited about these new opportunities for more students to be involved in this amazing outreach program.

In this new program, American children will experience a one-to-one exchange of heartfelt artwork with kids from countries where the US experiences political or cultural tension like Russia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Syria. Each child will create a piece of artwork for the other based on themes of peace, friendship, and kindness in an exchange that facilitates international friendship and intercultural awareness.

Please email Nora at nora@memoryproject.org to let her know if you might be interested in participating during the 19-20 school year and she will stay in touch with periodic updates.
