The fall conference will feature a one-day and three-day option for attendees!

Friday, October 16th will be dedicated to a few special sessions, and then a fun networking activity for teachers to participate in off-campus in

downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.

Saturday, October 17th will have sessions, vendors, artisans and the silent auction ALL DAY! We will start early and end right before our Gala in the newly constructed NKU Gallery Space where we will hand out teacher and student awards.

Sunday, October 18th will have a few special sessions, some vendors and artisans, and be the wrap up to an amazing art-filled weekend.

*Tentatively, the schedule will be as follows: 1 pm- 4pm Sessions on Friday with an activity that will follow, 8 am- 5 pm on Saturday with Gala to follow,

and 8 am-12 pm on Sunday.*

As always, presenters will receive free entry into the student/teacher art show hosted each year at conference. That's a $10.00 savings!

And NEW THIS YEAR, approved presenters will receive a $25.00 DISCOUNT on conference registration fees for the WHOLE THREE DAY CONFERENCE.

It PAYS to present!

We are planning to offer a Friday-night fun networking event that will include a mural tour in downtown Cincinnati with a night-cap at a local brewery.

We hope to include some Saturday morning mediation/mindfulness yoga for our members to participate in before sessions begin.

We are also hoping to line up some professional artists to just use some studio time so members can ask questions or inquire about their artistic process.

Plus, you can't beat the close proximity that the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Contemporary Art Museum, The Taft and The Weston Art Gallery and so many more micro galleries are to NKU. It is sure to be your favorite weekend of the year!

We are looking to have the most presentation options at the 2020 Conference! We need 35-40 members to step up and present. We've added new presentation categories to make personalizing your conference experience easy and catered to what YOU WANT out of conference.

The deadline to submit a presentation is June 15, 2020 and you'll be notified of acceptance.

*NEW in 2020*
Presenters will receive a $25.00 DISCOUNT ON REGISTRATION FEES!

The Artisan area of conference is always a popular spot! Are you a teacher looking to payback your conference fees? Be an artisan! Are you a local small-business artist looking to gain more of a following?

Be an artisan! It is FREE for you to set up AND you can do a workshop for our teachers if you choose. We love our artisans!

The vendor hall is ALWAYS a huge draw for art teachers! We love samples, freebies, demonstrations and the ability to buy DIRECTLY from a company.

We've updated the vendor application process and have nice benefits for your organization/company to be a part of our vendor hall in 2020.
